AFAO http://www.afao.org.au is a non-government organisation representing Australia's community-based response to HIV/AIDS. AFAO provides leadership, information, advocacy, and policy. AFAO also has a commitment to participating in the Asia-Pacific response to HIV.

AHRN http://www.ahrn.net is a global information and support network, created to link and support the courageous people and programmes working in Asia to stop HIV among injecting drug users.

APCASO http://www.apcaso.org is a network of non-governmental and community-based organisations in the Asia-Pacific region that promotes the responses of these organisations to the global challenge of HIV/AIDS, with particular emphasis on strengthening the response in communities with few resources and within affected communities.

CARAM Asia http://www.caramasia.gn.apc.org is an initiative of NGOs involved in migration issues in Asia. It is committed to empowering migrant workers and their communities through the promotion and protection of their rights and the creation of an enabling environment at all stages of migration to reduce HIV/AIDS vulnerability.

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis & Malaria (GFTAM) http://www.globalfundatm.org is to attract, manage and disburse additional resources through a new public-private partnership that will make a sustainable and significant contribution to the reduction of infections, illness and death, thereby mitigating the impact caused by HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in countries in need, and contributing to poverty reduction as part of the UN Millennium Development goals.

GNP+ http://www.gnpplus.net is a global network for and by people with HIV/AIDS. The overall aim of GNP+ is to work to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS and the network helps to build the capacity of people with HIV/AIDS on the global, regional and national level.

Health and Development http://www.hdnet.org is a non-profit organisation that helps to mobilise a more effective response to AIDS and other health development related issues by improving information, communication and the quality of debate.

NEW - (Colombo, 19 January 2007) The AIDS Society of Asia and the Pacific (ASAP) and UNAIDS have met today in Colombo, Sri Lanka as members of the International Advisory Committee (IAC) to the 8 th International Congress on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific (ICAAP) which is scheduled to be held in Colombo between 19-23 August 2007.
